A friend of mine in New Jersey is killing the bass on this FROG pattern.

These patterns are examples of my "Ornate Series" of fine detail "collector quality" patterns.

Don't let them fool you ---- they are soft & yummy, but --- TOUGH ! ---- and totally fishable.

N.J. Pine Barrens Tree Frog (  Hyla andersoni )

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is one of my favorite Tropical Tree FROGs, and one of the finest FROGs I've ever made.

He's from the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica and Panama.

He's not just a pretty face. He has an awsome swimming action, and typical sucker type toe pads.

Dark Articulated Bull Frog

The appearance and markings of a Bull Frog can vary greatly. They do not have to appear dull or plain.

This FROG went to Chad Hoover in Virginia Beach, VA. Chad is president of the TKAA, and a Wilderness Systems Rep.

Last time I had talked to him, he had already caught over 100 bass on his FROG.

On the left, the dark pickerel FROG has gone out to Tim in Lakeland, Florida.

On the right, the light shade of pickerel FROG is going out to Mike in Virginia.

Both these FROGS have a "fine detail style" of legs with a SLOWER  kick action.

I call this guy, on  the left, BO BO the " Green Banana FROG". He is a totally imaginary species.

He has a set of "LIVELY LEGS"  a style of legs that have less detailed markings but a faster kicking action.

This critter, on the right, is my version of an enhanced Mega Crickett FROG. It has the typical "X" marking on the back, but it is much larger than a tiny cricket frog,

and it has many enhanced markings such as the textured yellow bump markings on the sides.

Foley FROGs

Foley FROG 709.jpg (19149 bytes)

I just finished this pair of FROGs for a good customer in New Jersey.

He wanted a FROG with a white back and a "black belly".

He wanted a FROG that was easier for the fisherman and the fish to see.

They now are named after him. I like them a lot !
